Radha Ruparell is a global cross-sector leader, with expertise in the fields of leadership development and personal transformation. She has worked with CEOs, Fortune 500 senior executives, social entrepreneurs, and grassroots leaders around the world to unlock their leadership. Radha is currently building a Collective Leadership Accelerator to grow a new set of leadership capacities among social entrepreneurs, across 50+ countries around the world, who are reimagining education. She holds a dual Masters degree from Harvard University. 

Radha is also known for her adventurous spirit, leading her nieces and nephews to believe that her day job is an “explorer”. They may be onto something because Radha is eternally curious and seeks growth in every experience, whether it is learning to surf in Sri Lanka, spending 7 days in silent meditation, or navigating tough times.
